Language Arts - Students began writing a personal narrative about the people they interviewed last week.

Science - Students continue to track weather data using our new weather station.

Social Studies - Sod house is complete.  Students will continue to explore the Westward Expansion.

Sod House 9/18/12

Not bad for one day of work!

Even Mrs. Poore got in on the action.  She had to wear gloves so she wouldn't get her hands dirty:)

Students have been assigned an interview project.  Your child's homework will be to conduct an interview with someone about "coming of age".
